March is reading month!!! This year it’s “Go Wild for Reading.” I’ve included the month’s dress-up days in the “Important Dates” column. Kickoff begins this Friday with “Dress as a Jungle Explorer.”

            Just a reminder that March 8^th during the school day will be the Sport Stacking Tournament.  Forms are due Monday, March 4. A total of $10,633.92 was raised for the American Heart Association from our Jump Rope for Heart Event.  Thanks to all that supported this event.  The American Heart Association sends a huge thank you to our community!  Note...if your child raised money, the thank you gifts will be in in a few weeks.

Valentine's Day/Jump Rope for Heart

Thursday will be an action-packed day.  If you are coming for Jump Rope for Heart, we will be starting in the gym at 12:15 and ending at 1:45.  We will pass out Valentine cards before we go and having our food after recess.  Our morning will be somewhat normal, although we do have a special library time.

Red & Orange: Test today, New words 2/19 with test on Friday, 2/22
Yellow: Test 2/12, New words 2/19, test Monday, 2/25
