January 28-February 1

This week we will begin talking about our Native American reports.  Students have their MI History test Wednesday.  As a result of our Aimsweb Math Assessment and DIBELS results, the students who miss MI History may be changing.  You will be receiving information if your child qualifies for Title Math help during this time.  Mrs. Rodenbaugh may be changing her group's next week as well, so be aware of that.

We have library this Thursday, as well as AR store on Friday.

January 21-25

Good evening!
This week students will take their DIBELs Reading Assessment on Monday. 

Our science test over light energy is Wednesday.  We will review in class on Tuesday.

We have two units left in Unit 5 of math on decimals and place value, so depending on how well those go, we will have our test either Friday, January 25, or Monday, January 28. 

Book orders are due this Friday, January 25.

The Week Ahead..

Don't forget Thursday and Friday students will be dismissed at 1:45.  Also, this Friday, students will enjoy their pizza party reward before leaving for the day.  Students are encouraged to bring a beverage to accompany their delicious slices!

We're nearing the end of our science unit on light energy, so look for a study guide this week.
Next week we should be wrapping up Unit 5 in math.

Christmas Party: January 2013
